I think we'll see a conbination of:
1. Elitists trying to hibernate their agendas by hiring sleepers for positions
in the Bureaucracy (they've done that before).
2. Elitist-wannabees (like Fauci) going on "vacation" but never coming back. 
They don't want to be held accountable for what they did.
3. Woke patsies (like Cori Bush) throwing temper tantrums because they lost and
they do things to mess up their area while they are still in power.  Not
realizing that they will be held accoutable later.
