That pile of money is filtered through the "super-delegates".  Can't have the
plebes electing the candidate.  The "wrong" candidate may get in.

Here in Grand Rapids, MI, we had something called "Art Prize".  Skipping the
details, one of the things that they did was have the public vote on which
piece of art they liked.

The Elitists in the art community didn't like that because the "right" people
weren't winning (actually, they were losing pretty bad).  So they changed the
voting so that the "correct" artists would win something.

The Elitists cheat in just about everything.
