The Ignorant Elitists tend to ignore facts that don't support their Narrative.

In this case, INCOME tax returns is where people report their legally acquired
income. So their illegally acquired income won't be there.

The IRS is supposed to be asking questions when they notice that you have $1
million more in your savings, but report only $100,000 in income.  But if you
are a Democrat, they just assume that it's OK.

And remember that Al Capone had lots of illegal income and the only reason he
got put in prison was because he laundered it incorrectly and didn't give the
gov't its cut.
