Wasn't this about a NY property? Or is it a Florida property that Leticia James is all sad about?

But how else would the bank make a loan decision? They need to always carefully check every piece of the loan application, and if they don't, then it's their own fault when they get stiffed, to some extent, but of course they can sue their customer if he doesn't pay.

It sounds interesting. If that can be done, then I don't know why more people wouldn't get buried on private property?

It's bad enough just being a resident here and seeing through all their BS. If I owned a business here, I'd worry about supporting Trump publicly because Democrats could infiltrate the various regulation offices, they could infiltrate the various insurances that my business may have, they could sour my businesses relations with other businesses. Lots of dirty tricks are possible.
