Just because the justice system worked once doesn't mean that there isn't a corrupt system.

In the case of Trump... The judge would not let the defense team call their expert witnesses, like the NY attorney who turned down the offer to prosecute Trump for Federal Election crimes when it could have been prosecuted.

As per almost all legal experts, well the ones who don't go on MSNBC, say that Trump's case will be overturned on appeal... or it'll get chucked out at the Supreme Court.

Well... It could be tit-for-tat ... At least when the Republicans are in power they won't have to use novel legal theories to convict the Democrats..
