The CEOs are getting a heads-up on things at the WEF. It's handy for CEOs to know when plandemics are scheduled, when millions of migrants will be transfered, and ultimately when new voting districts will be opening up.

I'm not sure how they compensate one another for the businesses that get
trashed along the way. Did anyone warn the Target CEO that several of his stores would be burnt to the ground in order to get Trump out of office? Probably. There's no way that stuff came as a surprise to any WEF attendee.
