That sounds familiar. Democrats weren't always the monster that Joe Biden is, and they are rapidly devolving. (And there's no turning back.)

Driving while intoxicated is not a phrase in some countries. In the LDCs that I've visited, it seems like driving is 100% at your own risk, and there's no suing anybody if anything goes wrong.
