"Covid" gave me weird AT> side effects unlike any cold or flu in the past. One of the problems I had at my last company was that some people had a knee jerk reaction to when their computer systems had problems. So one day, I had a problem with our job scheduler. This job scheduler was ONLY for my system and had no impact on any other system. So I fixed the problem, closed the ticket and went on with my day. An hour later, I get a nastygram from another developer yelling at me for messing up his system. Keep in mind that his system exists on a completely different computer that I have no way to access. His scheduler (completely different software on a completely different computer, which works completely different from mine) had a problem. But he saw my ticket, saw the word "scheduler" and jumped to conclusions. The moral of this story is that when something happens that we don't understand, we tend to get hypersensitive about everything else and start noticing things that we never noticed before - but were probably there all along. That happened with COVID - on purpose. AT> sure if that was caused by the virus or by the Paxlovid that I took, And one of the questions people don't ask, or notice is, "Is the medication that I usually take for this the same as it was last year?" I've found out the hard way a few times, that sometimes the answer is "no". AT> I think it's suspicious that I had sudden allergy issues AFTER learning I went for over 30 years with no allergies. Then I lost a lot of weight, started eating right and was more fit than I had ever been. And I started getting hit hard with spring and fall allergies. So did the losing of the weight and not eating bad food cause the allergies? Cause/effect would say "yes". But the problem today is that sooo many things are happening outside of our ability to see/know that it's not possible to draw conclusions with any level of accuracy. .... The above opinion is worth 2 cents. ___ MultiMail/Linux v0.52 --- Mystic BBS/QWK v1.12 A47 2021/12/25 (Windows/32) * Origin: cold fusion - cfbbs.net - grand rapids, mi (1:120/616) .
