Subj : They Died Happy To : ALL From : Lee Lofaso Date : Sat May 25 2024 01:48:43 Hello Everybody, "Most of you know my daughterand son-in-law Davy and Natalie Lloyd are full-time missionariesin Haiti. They were attacked bh gangs this evening and were both killed. They went to Heaven together." ~ Ben Baker, Republican member of Congress from Missouri, 5/23/2024 Isn't that great? His daughter and son-in-law punching their own ticket to paradise while doing what they love most - saving others. "Please pray for my family we desperately need strength. And please pray for the Lloyd family as well. I have no other words for now." ~ Ben Baker, crying his eyes out while saying prayers of his own His daughter and son-in-law were working for the Missions for Haiti organization, as many others from around the world. Haiti is a place that has no rule of law. And people providing relief for those who need help are doing so at risk of losing their own lives, as the congressman from Missouri was so rudely reminded. Gaza us also a place that has no rule of law. And people providing relief for those who need help are doing so at risk of losing their own lives. Including Americans, who are now stuck in Gaza with no way of getting out. Kind of like those Americans in Haiti. Point is, those Americans went there by choice. So why should we feel sorry for the congressman who lost his daughter and son-in-law to thugs in Haiti? Why should we feel sorry for Americans who went to Gaza to help those in need? Imagine there's no heaven It's easy if you try No hell below us Above us, only sky "Please pray for my family we desperately need strength." ~ Ben Baker All it takes is a bit of imagination. There is no heaven. And there is no hell. Only the sky above us. And yet the good congressman tells us to pray. Not only for his family, but also for the Lloyd family - "And please pray for the Lloyd family as well." ~ Ben Baker, 5/23/2024 I guess Ben Baker forgot all about the people of Haiti. After all, they were not part of his family. And they most definintely were not American. So why should we care about Haiti, or what happens in Haiti? Why should we care about Gaza, and what happens in Gaza? Why are Americans any more important than anybody else in the world? Imagine all the people Livin' for today Ah That must be it. Nobody cares about tomorrow. It is always today that counts. Nothing else matters. Imagine there's no countries It isn't hard to do Nothing to killor die for And no religion too Oh, my. That's a biggie. No wonder Ronald Reagan wanted to depart that former Beatle. Especially after he married that Japanese woman. Imagine all the people Livin' life in peace You Yep. That's right. I'm talking to YOU! You may say I'm a dreamer But I'm not the only one I hope someday you'll join us And the world will be as one Are there any takers?
