Any President, not just Biden.  Unlike the damn executive orders that MAGAs
used to not like but now suddenly do, this law would not have been reversible
just as soon as the next President took office.  For what it is worth, Biden
made it *perfectly clear* that he would use the new found authority if Congress
gave it to the President.

The *only* reason that MAGA suddenly doesn't want a law allowing closure of the
boarder is because a Democrat, who says it would have been signed into law, is
President, and their leader, Tik-Tok Trump, told them not to pass it.

So the MAGA Border Crisis (tm) continues.
