They are dropping their operatives, especially the ones that have baggage. 
They know that the wind is changing and they will soon know that they will not
have control of the courts - meaning that the two-tiered system of justice will
end soon.

I expect to see more than a few judges "retire" as well.

They will try to install their deep hibernation RINOs.  They will act like they
are supposed to, but very subtly subvert things.  They can't be too overt (like
they are right now) because we'll toss them out.
