Probably.  Mostly the responses are intended to make the listener's brain shut
down because all of the buzzwords so that the listener doesn't realize that the
question doesn't get answered.

Or the answer is "We'll use your money to buy TV time, but the guy who didn't
ask, we'll use his money for our new Ferrari."
