That's happening in a lot of cities. All of the houses in my neighborhood
were $50k houses back in 2017, and now people are listing them for $80k or
more. Honestly, the taxes haven't gone up dramatically. So what's with that?
Why are these pieces of crap suddenly "worth" so much more?

Another question for you: Could I find a fixer upper anywhere in Florida for
$50k? If so, how bad would it be?
