But not just by the Trump cult.  The fact of the matter is that the Democrats
did accuse him of a lot of things that either proved false, or that one can
look back not to far in the past to see VP Biden doing the exact same things.

And that is part of the problem... if they had not wasted time on petty things
back then, we might not have so many who are brainwashed into thinking they are
"out to get Trump" and we might have a few more who would open their damn eyes
and see that some of the things they have on him now might be real.

"They" sure didn't force Trump to post on his own social media platform that
the US President should have full immunity from any crimes he/she might commit
while President, but we now have people willing to accept this in order to keep
their guy in power, and who won't think what this could lead to through.

It isn't just the cult.  Trump himself has reached out asking Republicans to
push the deal out (and not fix the alleged "mega crisis") until after November.

The Orange Man didn't trash the economy.  He has done many questionable and
outright wrong things since Election Day 2020, but the economy was doing well
under most of his term.

It does not occur to many that, for as excited as Donald makes them to support
him, he has an equal (or even greater) affect on those who do not like him.
Like 2020, I think it is very likely that his actions will cause people not to
vote for Biden because they like Biden, but to vote for Biden because they
cannot stand Trump.

Since they are both showing signs of senility, I find Biden easier to stomach
than a railing Trump. However, the albatross around Biden's neck is that if
something should happen to him we are going to be stuck with someone so dumb
they might as well be senile, and so dumb they will be as dangerous as Trump
would be without even having a clue as to what they are doing.

So, for the third election in a row, both major party choices are going to be
absolute crap.
