True. He's an imperialist and a wannabe autocrat. Also a bandwagon politician. He could have just as easily jumped on the hate and anger on the far right is more popular than it is on the far left.

Both are showing signs of cognitive decline. Happens when we get old. I believe Biden is a lot more respected outside of the US than Trump but don't follow enough outside of my own little world to know for sure.
