Orange Jesus to perform on stage.

Jambalaya is orange, in both the seafood version as well
as the chicken and sausage version. Gumbo is a different dish,
and usually served with rice, although some folks choose to
put potato salad in it. Fil‚ is ground sassafras, and used to
spice up gumbo as it is a filler.

Best enjoyed while listening to chanky-chank music.

Live performance in New Orleans is enjoyed by all. Some of the best
acts are found in the French Quarter by buskers (street performers).
It used to be anybody could step into the street and perform. But
the city council got greedy and now requires all artists to get a
license (about $100 per year). Some of these performers claim not
to have any money, so they get help from non-profits to pay the fee.

Some of these musicians make more than doctors and lawyers ...
