If I were the Governor Of Oregon and had a concern that children of color were not doing as well as others I'd get them tutors and inspire them with Mentors like Dr. Swain (PregerU), Dr. Ben Carson and maybe Candace Owens... There are a lot of people of color who buck the Democrat narrative who could inspire a lost generation.
