I do not think there is any point in Israeli history civilian or militarily speaking that they (The Israeli's) have killed babies in their cribs, along with wiping whole families with door to door killings, and even shooting the
family dog.  Do bad things happen in war, yes of course they do. 

Are Hama's cowards and have they put people initially in harms way?
The answer both questions Yes to cowardice and Yes to putting people in harms
way.
