Actually they prefer to deal with corporations since they can get bribes from
them.

Example during the scamdemic: Large big box stores were "essential" but smaller
mom-and-pop stores selling the same items weren't.

Why?  Because the big box retailers had the money to bribe the officials to
stay open while the smaller stores didn't.

A bunch of small businesses are harder to control than a few large
corporations.
