But it didn't save the gov't money.  It simply shifted who's money was handling
the problem.

There are no "Conservatives" and "Liberals".  The distinction between them have
been disappearing for a long time now.  There is only the Uniparty and the
illusion that there are 2 opposing group.


.... Actions are usually right, but the reasons seldom are.
