And while the FBI are wasting time being used as pawns, people who are already
known to the FBI are going out and committing mass shootings and other
crimes.

I think we need to get back to the time when people with serious mental
issues are put in institutions.  It is obvious that the "mainstreaming"
experiment, or whatever they call it, has failed.  Then again, the
politicians would just use "mental illness" as another weapon against their
enemies.
