It's easy enough...  People will have to register... Once people are known then they can monitor and audit.  It would be more than easy to see if there is a correlation to what the lawmaker knows and what trades are made ...

This should extend to property transactions as well...  Pelosi worked out some kind of offramp from a freeway within blocks of a property she owned and her property value went up by millions...

There should be strict laws and stiff penalties if laws are broken...
