I was aware of how he likely got the insider info, just not sure how they
could prove it.  Industry standards are a start.  If I were married to a
Congressperson, I think I would want to have my assets somewhere "clean"
where there could be no doubt that there was no funny business.

That is probably why I am not, and will never be, a member of "the elite!"
