Although he has been found liable on various civil charges,
he remains an unconvicted felon in criminal matters.

The presumption of innocence is not the same as innocent.
Trump was allowed to enter a plea - "guilty" or "not guilty".
Trump chose to enter a plea of "nut guilty" - to all charges.

I am sure Donald Trump is fully aware of his own guilt.

And once a verdict has been reached, he will be a convicted felon.
