I can sort of understand their point of view on the first thing.  The EU
has much better train systems which would be good for those short trips.
BUT, it would not work for the USA.  The second point is pure nonsense.
I have had far more than four flights -- some for business and most for
pleasure.  The only alternate for some of those flights would be an
ocean liner taking months. Such a restriction would mean the death of
the airline industry.
