Need to have them busting more people for drugs, too.  I think that gun
crimes need to be prosecuted more seriously when (1) the gun is not legally
owned, and/or (2) the perp is high -- even on legal things like pot (which
is apparently legal in NM).

South ABQ... along Central Avenue (and even around the UNM campus)... is
crawling with street people.  People passed out laying on the sidewalks...
walking out into crowed streets... etc.  Other areas are also not great but
that area in particular is bad.
