AFAIK, the order pertains to just the city of Albuquerque. Let's give her the benefit of the doubt (although she don't deserve it) and let's observe and see if the # of shootings in Albuquerque goes down from this "gun ban." (It won't.)

Because all shootings stem from licensed gun owners, right? ;)

She's not the smartest lady. Let's see if "statistics" work out well for her.
