After posting all those "rules", Mike Powell ditched them all.
None of them matter, as he is lord and master of his own little
world. And it is he himself who gets to decide who or what gets
to play in it. -

There is only one wee bit of a problem with Mike Powell's way
of thinking. Aside from his silly claim to be "moderator". Seems
he forgot all about FidoNet Policy (P4) -

2.1.3  Responsible for All Traffic Entering FidoNet Via the Node

The sysop listed in the nodelist entry is responsible for all traffic
entering FidoNet via that system.  This includes (but is not limited
to) traffic entered by users, points, and any other networks for which
the system might act as a gateway.

Did you get that part, Mike Powell? It is part of FidoNet Policy
Document, Version 4.07, dated June 9, 1989

Here is a bit more, from that same document -

If a sysop allows "outside" messages to enter FidoNet via the system,
the gateway system must be clearly identified by FidoNet node number
as the point of origin of that message, and it must act as a gateway
in the reverse direction.  Should such traffic result in a violation
of Policy, the sysop must rectify the situation.

Do you understand what that means, Mike Powell? Since you have
chosen not to comply with current FidoNet Policy (P4), that means
you are in clear violation of your oath, the mandatory punishment
being AUTOMATIC EXCOMMUNITICATION.

You see, Mike Powell swore an oath. An oath to abide by P4 and all
the current policies of FidoNet. And he failed the test.

document and all the current policies of FidoNet.

Since Mike Powell is a nodelisted sysop, it is obvious he swore
that oath of allegiance. And freely chose to break it, as noted by
his message.

Directly to Mike Powell -

Your note for sysops is a clear violation of Fidonet, which has
earned you an automatic excommunication, in due accordance with P4.
