And Biden is further proof that the Dems project.  

Wasn't there a call for Biden to take the same test?  Never went anywhere, did
it?

This is why I doubt that Sleepy Joe is the "mastermind" of the Biden Crime
Syndicate.  If Biden was forced to take a cognitive test, he will fail - that's
obvious at this point.  That would mean Joe could not complete his term.  At
that point, Joe becomes expendable and the other Dems will hang as many crimes
on him as possible hoping that he will divert attention away from their crimes.

No "mastermind" would put himself in that position.
