I've heard a lot of people call Donald Trump a lot of things at different times but I don't recall anyone saying he was cognatively impaired, not seriously.

It's funny though, that Donald Trump keeps saying "I aced the test"! That was not a test!

It may not be polite but the right has been saying so many unfounded things about Biden.

Biden is not a good public speaker because of his speech impediment but he does seem to be "all there", and he is doing good things for America.
