Of course he knew. His advisers told him. He spent millions investigating the election and those investigations revealed no evidence the election had been stolen and he was told this.

He didn't like the outcome (a lot of people didn't like the outcome) but he knew he lost.

The indictment does not criminalize Trump's thoughts or speech. It says as much.

Trump has been indicted based on his actions.
