The reason why she lost is clear, she alienated half the country. Maybe instead of calling Trump Supporters "A Basket of Deplorables" and she went on to state that Trump Supporters were racist to among other things...  
She did not talk enough about what she would of done for the country. 
She was too busy bashing Trump.

How could we be racist after the election of the first black president.
