Sorry.... It's never been in a court... Cowards... judges always declined to see the case because of one reason or an other...  Though I was frustrated at the courts lack of enthusiasm....  I heard arguments that this is a political and not a legal issue...

This is the issue at hand... there needs to be more talk and less criminalization...  If Biden is soooooooooooo confident his policies are the best... debate them.
