they also have all sorts of meta articles about handling your feelings when people make edits to wiki pages you don't like or don't follow the rules.

imagine having an echo where we exchanged tips about how not to let posts in political echos hurt our feelings..

even if some of the stuff on there can be decent there are some pretty unwell editors on there that certainly wouldn't be able to get a job doing what they do..
