The media says they did, but they are closed-door meetings, so it's impossible to believe the media about the content discussed.

Supposedly, "Joe Manchin called for American energy independence," but that doesn't add up because there's no need to travel across the world to discuss
that with a bunch of CEOs. I haven't connected all the dots yet, but it's peculiar how it had to be "Manchin and Sinema." They have a history together.
