The problem is that Lee really doesn't understand much.  And because he thinks
he's an expert, he doesn't try to learn.

For the Ignorant Elitists out there:
One of the things that the Founding Fathers realized is that the law could be
misused against a sitting representative.

Ex: Big vote coming up, and one side trumps up charges against the swing vote
rep.  The law hauls him off to jail.  The vote happens, but swings the other
way because the one rep is in jail.  Then the charges are dropped because they
weren't valid in the first place.  But the damage was done.

(Doesn't this sort of sound familiar today?)

Hence the process for impeaching first.  A successful impeachment means removal
from office.  Then they can be put in jail.
