His argument is flawed.  He is arguing that the President can do just
about anything with documents, i.e. declassify them if he wants.  The
problem with that argument is that the documents in question were not
declassified and that Trump is not the President -- he is an ordinary
citizen who used to be President.

Duh -- the grand jury that indicted Trump was in Florida, not DC.
