Since participants own the echoes, it is only their own "rules"
that apply. And those are the only "rules" that count.

Oh, telling others not to be annoying is easy. It's the other "rule"
where things get interesting. And that is what anarchist Tom Jennings
has been trying to teach you all these years. You really do need to
increase your threshold of annoyance, otherwise you will never truly
understand what Fidonet is all about.
