Our local media often mentions bill numbers when it comes to proposed
Kentucky laws.

Looks like Florida has the following website:

www.flsenate.gov

I did a google search on "Florida new legislation 2023" and got that
link.  The more specific flsenate.gov link that came up -- titled "2023 bill
summaries" -- breaks down the legislation that passed both house and senate
based on subject, and there are several listed under "Ethics and Elections."

That same site should give you information on previous years, if the
legislation was not new this year.

The same search, with "texas" substituted for "florida" did not yield quite
the same results.  It did list several articles but not the official state
site.  A different search might bring up better results.
