You have referenced this previously, as I do recall.
Look, without jumping onto the web to find lots of documents and articles that would prove this cognitive bias theory to be a whole lot of nothing. 
I will simply point out the obvious truth, although there is a calculated risk that you will not understand.

It is a disgrace that the FBI allowed itself to be infected with political bias and to be intertwined with a darker evil within the DOJ.
Joe Biden is the real cancer, perhaps that is why his approval rating is low and it will go lower still. 
Meritless Garland is still pissed off that he is not on the Supreme Court.

As a American citizen it is embarrassing to see the FBI and the DOJ act like
