There was more.  There was testimony from other witnesses.  There was
evidence from Trump's own word (e.g. The access hollywood tapes) which
showed a pattern of behavior.  It was enough evidence for the jury to
return a verdict for her.

You are talking about something from many years ago.  Had the event been
reported to the police and if they investigated, then they might have
discovered things such as you allude to.
