Indeed.  I also ran into the paywall issue so thanks for sharing a non-pay
link for it.

If I was going between places that required one, I could see wearing one in
the car so that I didn't have to touch my face or the mask, especially
during the height of delta.  I could only see doing that on a day it was not
hot out, though.  I have worn them outside some in cold weather just because
it is more comfortable than the wind chill.  :)
