World Health Organization (WHO) is controlled by China even though (WHO) is funded by it's largest contributor which is The United States of America.

perhaps not, but committing mass carnage in other countries seems as if it was perfectly acceptable, as international flights out of China were not restricted in anyway. Now if your method is to contain this so called outbreak to China, then you would think that it would of been wise to close the airports. History shows us and it is undeniable that this was not ordered.
