I've had Heineken but not the other, but it sounds like a German beer
and many of them are quite good.  In that category I like Weisheimer
Dunkl.

Abita Amber is an amber beer from New Orleans.  It is one of at least
four varieties that Abita brews.  If you have a Total wine and beer
outlet near you give it a try.  They are a national chain and the only
one we have found that carries Abita and a large variety of other beers.
