I hope there will be a trial. The prosecution will certainly make
its case and argue the facts, leading the jury to render a verdict
of "guilty".

A trial is far from certain, as the case itself might fall apart.
That is probably Trump's best hope, other than a hung jury or the
judge declaring a mis-trial.
