That is what Mitch Miller and Donald Trump did, not just to the Supreme
Court but a lot of lower courts.  At least a few of Donald Trump's
nominations to the Federal Bench were not qualified to be a judge of any
court, example the judge he picked to handle his classified documents
appeals.

I wish you would define what you mean by "the Elitists".  Every time you
use it, you then give what seems to be the playbook of the Maga
Republicans.

None of them make law, that is up to the congress.  They provide
