Bj”rn is not a lawyer. Neither are you. Or me, for that matter.
But Mueller is. And he knew what he was talking about when he wrote
his report.

It is clear that Trump orchestrated the events of January 6. Not the
fine details, as that was left to others. It was his call to arms that
got the ball rolling, and his speech earlier in the day that got it
all started. But as the DOJ had chosen to abide by an opinion that
was made by a Nixon underling that no president could be charged with
a crime, the secret service had to let him get away with it.
