Not exactly true.  With jets, yes, but 9/11 was not even the first time the
World Trade Center was attacked by muslim extremists.  There was an
attempt 8 or so years before to bring them down by detonating some car
bombs in the garages underneath.

Disportionate arrests happen because the persons commiting those crimes
are, in urban areas, disportionately black.  Where I live, they are
disportionately white, but I don't live in an urban area so the crimes
don't make the TV news (we have none) or the internet.  You have to read the
local paper to learn about them.  "Those crimes" are usually drug-related
or some sort of theft.
