No, it's not. Further down, the victim's wife is quoted as saying that "[h]e
has come over like four times confronting my husband because he thought he
was a Democrat."

That's because you made that up. I noticed that you've been claiming that it
was the son who said that the murder was politically motivated, when nowhere
does it say that, just to see if maybe you'd correct yourself. In fact, the
son is only quoted as saying that the neighbor "has come over multiple times
making statements. He's insane." 

So now you've inserted race where there was none, misquoted the son,
implied that witnesses need to be graduates of a police academy in order to
provide testimony to the police, and selectively quoted the wife by leaving
out a key statement. That's a lot of errors you've racked up.
