Hello Everybody,

Why do MAGA idiots in Congress want to sunset Social Security
and Medicare/Medicaid? Are they not aware what works in America,
and what does not?

at the same time provide the United States an economic structure
of vastly greater soundness."

If Republicans manage to capture both houses of Congress, along
with the White House, one of the first things they will do is get
rid of these programs, which most Americans depend on for their
own survival.

What will Republicans replace Social Security, Medicare, and
Medicaid with? They do not say. Because they have no replacement.
Or any plan of having a replacement for any of these programs.

Most of America's working families know they will never be able
to retire with sufficient income. And Republicans want to do away
with income for those who have already retired, most of whom do
not have sufficient funds as it is.

Why are Republicans doing this? Do they hate America, and the
people who made America what it is today? Certainly seems like it.

One hell of way to say thank you. Showing a middle finger to those
who actually worked for a living, and those who are still working.

This is a nation in which the 400 richest Americans own more than
the bottom 150 million Americans. And it is those 400 rich people
that Republicans choose to reward, while ignoring the needs and
wants of those 150 million poor people.

Social Security/Medicare is a solution to the terrible financial
squeeze on working families, trying to support their children and
aging parents. Especially during these times of high inflation.

But Republicans do not care. Not about most Americans, who can
use all the help they can get.

Republicans are only interested in helping their rich friends,
who need no help at all. Better their rich friends keep getting
richer, and the poor poorer, rather than have any of their rich
friends suffer by having them pay their own fair share in taxes.
Or even social security, as the wealthy have their own golden
parachutes to keep themselves protected.

What those very same 400 rich folks fail to tell everybody is -

Social Security works for EVERYONE. It is just that rich folks
do not want to pay for any of it.

'Tis a shame.

Even Fascists in Italy do not complain about receiving what they
get from their government (now led by a female Il Duce).
